By providing a very wide range of specialist financial services in the greater Garden Route and Klein Karoo areas, we offer a true 1-stop service, where you’ll get advice, guidance and financial management of the absolute highest standards.

Regardless of the service required, we believe that a personal relationship with our clients is the most important attribute of our service package. Our clients will always have direct access to the directors of the company.

Our 5-star services will always exceed our clients’ expectations and will always offer more than what they’re paying for. We review and improve our internal 5-star policy annually – ensuring that the last year’s 5-star service is the standard we will improve upon for our service offered this year.

We have the necessary knowledge and experience to implement structures and transactions, in order for our clients to save tax within the boundaries of the law. That way you will pay the minimum amount of tax and reduce your overall risks.

Our clients often do not have the required financial knowledge to comply with all the requirements and deadlines as per the South African law. LUMENROCK is a registered group of firms and has the experience and internal systems to ensure that our clients meet their deadlines and that they comply with the South African law.

From experience with multiple clients over the last few decades, we can provide proper, ethical advice regarding personal financial planning – including budgets of private individuals.

We will handle any client – whether big or small. Our tariffs are structured in such a way that we can offer professional services to clients across a wide spectrum. We service from private individuals to big corporate companies.

By employing the best experienced personnel, we can offer our clients a 1-stop financial service centre, without losing focus. By knowing every aspect of our clients’ financial affairs, we can offer proper advice – ranging from how to manage investments, insurance and tax, to how to comply with the necessary financial laws.

We offer a very wide range of the standard and most often required financial services, including accounting, bookkeeping, tax management, registration of companies, establishing of trusts, restructuring of companies, estate planning and management, short-term insurance, life insurance, investments, opening of bank accounts (Investec), annuities and retirement planning, general management services, sport management (teams and individual players), international investments, international tax, and many more.

Our fees depend on the servicse required. Fortunately, by delivering our quality, 5-star services, cost will not be the most important aspect of our client relationships.


The fee structure of most of our services are calculated as follows:

The fees for accounting and bookkeeping, auditing, tax administration, BEE verification, and consultation are based upon the time spent by the person with the best industry knowledge and experience to complete the task successfully in the shortest time possible. Our hourly fee ranges from R150 to R1 500.

For insurance and investment services we get a fee for our third party service as prescribed by the suppliers of the products we are offering. This fee will always be discussed with our clients to ensure transparency.

Our management services, including our sport management services, are negotiated with the involved parties and will be discussed with our clients before commencing with the services.

We can quote you before proceeding with any service to ensure that there are no surprises.

We have five firms under the LUMENROCK umbrella – in five different towns and in three geographical regions. We employ 45+ staff members, of which five are company directors.

We mainly service the Garden Route and Klein Karoo areas of South Africa, with offices in George, Sedgefield, Mossel Bay, Oudtshoorn, and also in Kimberley.
